I am opening up the mobility classes which are part of the Plus and Pro memberships to all members. If you struggle with your mobility, and would like some extra guidance and accountability then these classes will really help.
Classes are 7pm on a Tuesday for 30 min and will focus on common problem areas for runners, namely the hips, calfs and back. It will be a combination of foam rolling, trigger point release and active and passive mobility work. Classes will take place on the 21st, 28th July and 4th and 11th August in line with the fourth block of Run Strong Classes (starting the wc 20th July).
Once you sign up you’ll receive another Zoom code which is just for Tuesday classes. I’ll also email you the replay after the class in case you miss it or want to repeat it.
