Once purchased you will receive a voucher that you can print and gift. I will also email a one-time voucher code which can be used to redeem the voucher on my online shop.
What is Run Strong Basic?
A class-based four-week training plan designed to increase your body’s ability to tolerate the high loads of running. Every week I host 2 x 45 min live classes (via Zoom) which will progress week on week for the duration the block. There are two classes a week; Wednesday at 7pm and Sunday at 9:30am.
